Every Earth Suit is so unique and we all require personalized nutrition–and that’s called intuition. We’ve all got one. Our intuition is a complimentary personal nutritionist.
If you’re struggling to find your intuition and locate your cravings, here’s a guideline I’ve built out to help you reframe the way you think about food. Instead of healthy or unhealthy, or good of bad, think of food in energetic vibrations. There is no bad vibration, there is only high, low, and no vibration.
High vibez food: Real, whole foods. Simple foods. Foods that are alive. Food that came from the Earth. God’s food.
-Whole proteins: Eggs, grass fed meat, fish, nuts and seeds
-Whole grains + beans
-Fruits and veggies
-Natural sweeteners: Honey, maple syrup, molasses
Low vibez food: Food that’s not on da high vibez list.
-Food with over 5 ingredients (Pastries and complicated recipes that use packaged ingredients)
-Food with ingredients that have been stripped away or extracted from the whole food
-Power bars, protein powders (food that has energetic quality but is obvious not “whole”)
No vibez food: Food that makes your body feel lethargic, sleepy, and low on energy.
-Airport food, pretty much. Anything in a sealed package that doesn’t mold after 7 days.

We all want to feel great in our Earth Suits; eating high vibez food as often as possible is a huge way we can immediately feel happier in our Earth Suits. Of course, we want to treat ourselves to lower vibrational foods–like an almond croissant or key lime pie–but those treats shouldn’t control our eating habits. These treats are just extra lovin’ on top of our high vibez baseline we’ve built.
