My Favorite Energizing Morning Smoothie

My body is currently craving purple and orange food. I love to make this energizing morning smoothie on days I want to feel light and have morning movement routines under one hour: Sprints/Orange Theory, power walking, spinning, yoga (10% OFF my favorite Soul on Fire yoga e-book for at-home practice with code “EMILYNOLAN”), and rest days.

Energizing Smoothie

1 Banana

1/2 C Blueberries (frozen)

1 C Almond milk (unsweetened)

1 T Maple syrup – Grade B for nutritional value (or honey)

1 T Almond butter

1 inch Ginger root

Sprinkle Cinnamon

Pinch Himalayan sea salt (HSS)
