This is my favorite bowl for days when I want to feel ultra feminine and glow from the inside out. It’s got all the goodies in it, especially for my ladies. I try and eat this Beauty Elixir Bowl once a week. The benefits of this bowl helps to ease the stress in our bodies, lowing our cortisol levels and balancing out our Earth Suits to find a happy homeostasis.

Beauty Elixir Bowl 👸🏻 👸🏼 👸🏽 👸🏾 👸🏿
Blend for base:
1/2 C Almond milk (unsweetened)
1/3 C Mango (frozen)
1/3 C Blueberries (frozen)
1/2 Frozen acai pack
1/2 T Raw honey (or maple syrup)
1 T Almond butter
1 T Coconut flakes
1 T Banana flax seed granola
1/2 T Bee pollen
1/2 T Cacao nibs (unsweetened)
1/2 T Goji berries
1/2 T Crushed almonds
1/2 T Hemp seeds
1/2 T Chia seeds
1/2 T Raw honey
Almond milk (unsweetened): Low in calories. Doesn’t raise blood sugar. High in Vitamin D. Dairy free.
Mango: Helps prevent cancer. Lowers cholesterol. Clears the skin. Improves eye health. Alkalizes whole body. Promotes healthy sex drive. Improves digestion. Helps fight heat stroke.
