So here’s a story that built an accidental frenzy on my IG Stories! I thought I was responding to a frollower on an Instagram DM and ended up sending my response video out to 50 some thousand of you! Ha! So many of you jumped on the video “answer” I posted and asked just what it was that I did before I drank coffee every morning?! So here it is!
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) unfiltered
16 oz glass of room temperature water
Mix and CHUG. Repeat every morning for 10 days.
This should help reset your gut balance, curb unruly sugar cravings, and help your skin to glow (because you’re healing from the inside out). While I’m on the subject of healing from the inside out, I’m a big believer in food being our best beauty product. We must heal the inside–including our minds–before the outside starts to transform. We must be kind to our Earth Suit first, feed it with high vibez food, get plenty of sleep and shed the everyday stress in our life.
Stress sucks. So why do we choose to feel that way when we can choose to believe that sleeping past your alarm must have had a Divine reason? Maybe you needed more sleep. Maybe God wants you to do something else. I know this sounds silly, but reframing everything in my life, including these moments where I’m supposed to feel stressed, has been integral to my beauty routine.
I know this post started out talking about ACV and water, but now I wanna know, what’s one thing that totally stresses you out that you’d like to reframe the experience of and let go?
Let me know how drinking the ACV concoction works for you every morning (for at least 10 days) on an empty stomach. You can also drink it at night, after dinner, if you’re craving sweets but feel intuitively that you’re not hungry–you just want something more to eat. This can help you break the pattern of late night binging!
