The One Thing I Do Every Morning Before My First Cup Of Coffee

So here’s a story that built an accidental frenzy on my IG Stories! I thought I was responding to a frollower on an Instagram DM and ended up sending my response video out to 50 some thousand of you! Ha! So many of you jumped on the video “answer” I posted and asked just what it was that I did before I drank coffee every morning?! So here it is!

Recipe:

1 T Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) unfiltered

16 oz glass of room temperature water

Mix and CHUG. Repeat every morning for 10 days.

This should help reset your gut balance, curb unruly sugar cravings, and help your skin to glow (because you’re healing from the inside out). While I’m on the subject of healing from the inside out, I’m a big believer in food being our best beauty product. We must heal the inside–including our minds–before the outside starts to transform. We must be kind to our Earth Suit first, feed it with high vibez food, get plenty of sleep and shed the everyday stress in our life.

Stress sucks. So why do we choose to feel that way when we can choose to believe that sleeping past your alarm must have had a Divine reason? Maybe you needed more sleep. Maybe God wants you to do something else. I know this sounds silly, but reframing everything in my life, including these moments where I’m supposed to feel stressed, has been integral to my beauty routine.

I know this post started out talking about ACV and water, but now I wanna know, what’s one thing that totally stresses you out that you’d like to reframe the experience of and let go?

Let me know how drinking the ACV concoction works for you every morning (for at least 10 days) on an empty stomach. You can also drink it at night, after dinner, if you’re craving sweets but feel intuitively that you’re not hungry–you just want something more to eat. This can help you break the pattern of late night binging!

I have to make a speech this evening at work and have been stressing about it all week. The speech is in a leadership class that my boss signed me up for. I’d like to reframe it and see that since it is so stressful for me having a safe environment to practice speeches like this in will only help to build my confidence up so I can speak comfortably in day to day situation. Thanks for the opportunity to shed some light on the good! XO

It went really well! I did some deep breathing before going up and didn’t have the butterflies that presenting normally gives me! Also, on my second day of the ACV challenge. I actually love the taste and am enjoying it! Thank you for the inspiration, encouragement, and good feels. 🙂

I’ve recently started doing this as well, but it’s a case of ‘pinch your nose and chug it’ because I HATE the taste! Still, it’s gone before you know it and on to breakfast! 🙂 glad to hear it’s working for you – I’ll keep at it!

Glad we caused such a frenzy…. because ya NEVER KNOW who it’s gonna help. I know you are helping me on my journey. I’ve decided this week that stress is an opportunity to BE here NOW…to experience life with mindfulness and showing up in full authenticity—instead of clamoring away in guilt, not-enoughness, or fear.

Starting my 10 day ACV challenge tomorrow 🙂 Stay tuned…

I’ve been drinking ACV every morning for months now! Was I supposed to stop? At the beginning, it was though, I drank it of a shot glass like tequila. Now, I mix it with water like you suggested and it has become part of my morning ritual. Love it!

I have read so many blogs and watched so many vlogs lately that mention apple cider vinegar, this not being the first time I’ve heard of it because my mother and my grandmother joined the ACV band wagon long ago…and I would really love to add ACV to my daily “beauty routine” BUT I had a terrible first experience with ACV and I just want to know if anyone has any recommendations on how to get past the awful smell/taste?!?!

Please give me some advice, I need it!

Plug and chug, baby! 🙂 Seriously, Bishop (who works at EN.com) can’t stand the taste and smell either. That being said, she had tried a variety of different brands and has found other brands (other than Brag’s) that she finds more palatable. Keep searching for unfiltered ACVs and give em a try! Let me know which brands you love!

So I tried drinking ACV, but the only problem I’ve run into is that it makes me sooo nauseous and I hate it. I heard that if that’s a symptom after you drink it then it’s because of the die off of bad bacteria in the stomach, but I don’t know if I can handle that. Anyways I hope no one else has this problem.

If it’s so unpleasant, you can try squeezing a quarter of a lemon in room temperature water! Life is meant to be enjoyed! 🙂
