BOX CLEVER SPORTS
Intense circuit classes mixed with boxing drills are sure to make you sweat like a beast. It is a no BS gym. No fancy changing rooms or crazy machines. But boy do you work hard! It is impossible to come here consistently and not improve your fitness levels. It’s healthy competition at its best!
CORE COLLECTIVE
The TRX classes are INSANELY HARD. You don’t know what working your core feels like until you do this! The small class sizes are great for perfecting your form. Even as a beginner, all of the focus was on strength, improving my mobility, and making sure I could do all of the exercises. Dim lights also make this a great place if you tend to get over critical in front of mirrors.
THE HARD YARD
The Hard Yard trains and employs people leaving prison to lead workouts across the city. If you are after an absolutely no-nonsense approach to fitness, this is it. Positive action in 45 minutes of body weight exercises, which even improves our society. It is a win-win.
