1 Well trimmed pork tenderloin
1 Jar of orange marmalade (or orange apricot chutney)
1 Cup of Orange Juice
1 Small can of tomato paste
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
5 Sliced apricots (optional)
2 Tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook in Crock-Pot on low 7-8 hours or on High for 4 hours. Serve over noodles and alongside green beans!
