As a mama, it’s so important to have a quick and easy breakfast that fills me up and satisfies me. When I’m reaching for something nutritious to eat on the go, or as a 3 o’clock snack between meals, I am loving Health Warrior’s Protein Mug Muffins. They so delicious, and who doesn’t love a warm muffin for breakfast?
This afternoon, I grabbed the banana nut protein mug muffin and ate it on the way to my swim workout. It doesn’t have the protein powder taste but it packs a lot of protein–it tastes just like a warm banana nut muffin from the bakery. The only difference between this muffin and a bakery’s is that this muffin kept me full throughout my workout without weighing me down. I’m looking forward to trying the other flavors: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Blueberry. I’m so glad I found these bad boys. They will definitely be a part of my postpartum nutrition plan.
