As the seasons change, my spice cabinet starts to rotate and I bring out the spices tucked in the back of my cabinet. Turmeric ginger tea! I am a big big big fan of turmeric, even before it became popularized by the whole green juice and ginger shots movement. In addition to drinking tea, I take Curica Turmeric from Nature’s Way, which helps to relieve occasional pain due to overexertion, strain or exercise.* Nature’s Way Curica Turmeric uses a patented colloidal dispersion technology that dramatically improves Curcumin absorption and bioavailability.
